This health screening program is provided free of charge for senior citizens, 60 years of age or older. This Title III-F program is funded by a grant from UPCAP. Donations are accepted.

This limited service includes height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, cholesterol, blood sugar, hemoglobin, hearing testing, vision check and educational materials. Medical referrals are made as necessary to local medical professionals.

These services are provided throughout the county at selected sites in collaboration with the various Senior Centers. Services by appointment only and enrollment information can be obtained by contacting Brenda Maddock, Program Secretary.
